We had the idea to present local communities with their designated schools, cities, states, and counties after seeing a scanned PDF document of new residences in a new neighborhood.

We saw the chance to present local communities in the area along with their designated schools, city, state, and county, starting with a scanned PDF document of new dwellings in a new sector of a community. Create a relational dataset and API to house the data and image assets using Airtable API, created a Next.js application to read in the API, and present the data to users. Implemented security level using Firebase to allow the user to maintain a profile for the application and save their favorite communities. Using Next.js gave us the option to use getStaticProps and the Image component for possible better image optimization and web/mobile speed.

We took ownership of the RezIntel application during the developer team’s transition. Not knowing the current state of the application, we were constantly implementing missing features that were expected to be completed. However, having a good and flexible team, we were able to accomplish the tasks and implement the missing features. Successfully in production.

Over the course of the last 2 years, we have created and implemented several dashboard visualizations based on mockups from the customers’ requests or the graphic designer's Adobe XD mockups. Each dashboard has i18 translations for English, Spanish and Japanese. Also, created new KPI components used on Air / Hotel Booking and & Air / Hotel Policy.

In our production tool (Rez-Intel), the dashboard user assignments can be issued by the admin screen in the application. However, initially assigning new dashboards to accounts and users required a manual SQL script to set up and maintain. Created a local tool to maintain and assign Dashboards and user access.

React.js / Tailwinds / SQL Using React.js and Tailwinds, created design and coded the application to assign the users and new dashboards in development. Assign and maintaining user accounts and dashboards required a lot of repetitive SQL scripts. Using the front end, allow the developers to run the SQL scripts using the front end and stored procedures.

API C# / .NET Core / SQL The challenge/opportunity here is the database structure was currently in place, but needed a way to search, sort, and implement the changes. Most of the manual SQL scripts required manual values, which lead to inconsistent values and labels. Using the back-office tool, we were able to implement a consistent change to the Rez-Intel dashboard assignments

During the transition period of moving Power Secure to Southern Company / and now Southern Power, the project manager needed detailed reports to present to internal executives and dashboards to present to external customers. We created SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to present to the internal executives and used the newer technology Power BI to create external dashboard reports.

Power Secure Reports and Dashboards (Power BI / SSRS / SQL Server) Using the existing SQL Database, created several Interactive dashboards to communicate the vision and status of the Power Secure data imported from Bloom. Implemented external users’ access to the Southern Company Power Secure Dashboards and Row Lever Security (RLS) for each Company. This allowed Home Depot and Southern Company to share the same dashboard but only see their respective data.

The department needed a developer to come in and implement new features and correct performance/design issues. The challenge to this project was personnel changes: the lead developer, project manager and Business Analysis all left for different reason (promotions, different positions). I was able to implement an agile style of progress reporting by creating and showing the client the progress of the requested features in an development environment on a weekly basis

Using my background of database design an entity framework, I was able to implement Business logic changes (SQL, Stored procedures, EF, C#). Implemented several performance and UI enhancements (HTML / CSS / Infragistics).
